Dear Banana People,
As you all probably already know, my country is going through a period of great turmoil. It is hard to keep up one’s morale in these trying times. Nothing seems right on most days. Sometimes there is nothing to hope for.
But Ashu, a fellow blogger (also known to us mere mortals as the Lord of Poetry), has given me some hope by writing this.
I want to make good use of this space that I’ve been so lucky to share with all of you and thank him for helping me hold on. It means a lot to look over my shoulder and find that so many of you have my back.
We’ve come so far and we have so much further to go.
